Information about bookings, payments and check-in.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm or after but occasionally earlier if available. Check-out is at 10am however day use may be arranged subject to availability and charges. If arriving after office hours we have after hours reception via house phone outside the front foyer doors.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, we have an after hours service available – just pick up the house phone and dial 9.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability – charges may apply.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
At time of booking.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
Sunday 9am to 12noon.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes, we have a full tour desk available at reception.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi available in all guest rooms and common areas.
We also have an Internet Café in the Guest Lounge on the ground floor – $2 for 15 minutes ($0.50c per page print). If you have your own device you can access the internet free from in the guest lounge.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Two BBQ areas, outdoor heated pool with children’s wading area, two spa’s, sauna and a rooftop sundeck.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes, one underground secure car space is included.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Rooms are serviced for bookings of more than seven nights.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?
Surfers Paradise Cavill Mall is two streets away. Broadbeach is 3kms, just 6 minutes on the tram.
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes, all within easy walking distance.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Trams to Broadbeach and the University Hospital are 100 metres away and the bus service is either at the door or 300 metres.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
World famous Surfers Paradise beach just across the road, Q1 Observation deck, Cavill Mall, variety of shops and restaurants, Ripleys Believe it or Not, Infinity and Time Zone.
Q: How far away is the race track?
Three kilometres.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
There are several small to large stores within 400 metres.
